DINE UNITED OVERVIEW
Dine United is a fundraising partnership between United Way and local businesses across Douglas, Otter Tail, Pope, Todd, and Wadena Counties. Participating businesses select a date and promotion and donate a portion of their promotion's sales to United Way. Funds raised support local programs and initiatives that focus on supporting a Healthy Community, Youth Opportunity, Financial Security, and Community Resiliency throughout our region. Customers dine as they normally would, knowing their purchase is helping support neighbors close to home.
Businesses that participate in Dine United receive regional exposure through a coordinated United Way marketing campaign reaching more than 10,000 direct contacts across our five-county area. Promotion includes digital outreach through email, social media, and United Way communication channels, positioning your business as a community supporter. In addition to increased visibility and customer engagement, donated dollars count toward your company’s annual United Way giving level, contributing to broader corporate recognition and marketing benefits.
